I was looking for a condo in the Milwaukee area neighborhoods. I had certain criteria and of course a budget that I was trying to follow. Over the course of 3 to 4 months, Jen and i hit probably about 15 different condos in many different neighborhoods. She was always responsive during that time if I had found one that i wanted to look at and she also continued to send me updates of condos that fit my match. Jen always came with me and always encouraged me not to "settle" and to try to get everything i wanted. Well i ended up finding a stand alone condo in a village setting, a bit farther away from the city center, but when we looked at it together, it was the match I was looking for. Jen followed through on everything, from inspection, to closing to following up to see how things were going. She also presented me with gifts for closing and Christmas and also a helpful sheet for my taxes with all of my deductibles from my purchase. Wow! Jen is incredible and I also feel I've found a real friend, because that's how she treated me all the way through and ever since. Jen is a "GEM". Jennifer was so great to work with when I was looking to buy a condo, especially in this crazy buyer’s market. She always kept in touch with me for any questions, updates or concerns I had. She was very fun and knowledgeable to work with and I would use her again.
